I was banned probably due to me testing an X Ray Mod Client for a good friend of mine. I'll admit I got carried away with mining more diamonds than I needed and used the X Ray myself for a while. I never sold the diamonds though as to ruin the economy or anything though as they are all in the chests (or should be to my knowledge) in my region. The intention to ruin the server or the economy using the X Ray Mod was never there I can assure you. Please feel free to wipe my inventory, my region, everything I have on the account. I've tried many other servers to pass the time waiting for this appeal, but non seem to have as great a community as minerealm.
I kind of wanted to help solve the X Ray issue initially after I got banned but Intelli seems to already have this covered anyways so I had no luck there.

I was just wondering if I could get a second chance at this server as it is the only server, other than my own that I game on.

Why do they need another program when they have one that will let them know that people are using it Xray? Obviously what they have now works more than enough, proof being you were just banned and about 300+ people were banned when Intelli's creation was initially ran. Yes the economy was ruined but you know what? Less diamonds are left out there for future X-rayers and players as a consequence for people like you for being stupid and not reading the rules at spawn. When our economy is even worse and there are no diamonds left, we will be more than happy to blame you and everyone that was banned for it.

Please do not try to get in the admin's good graces by posting a "solution" to the X-raying... Intelli is a brilliant coder and i am pretty sure he doesn't need suggestions from someone who was caught cheating in his own server.

okay, I never wanted this to be a flame war or anything of the sort. I was just trying to help. I know he is an amazing coder and I thought maybe he would have liked to have a pretty decent plugin developed by another person. I in no way wanted to hurt anyone with these things. I do have another account that I could use to X Ray all I want, but I'm bigger than that and would rather not have to fall to those levels. I thought there were these awesome miracles called second chances? Once I got banned I figured you know what, Intelli must have a hard time trying to run this server, and maybe I can help out for some of the damage I have already done, maybe even solve the whole problem in the process.

It may be rare to see in this world, but there are people who can repent for what they've done and try to make things as easy as possible for the admins. All I wanted was to play the game in the first place, got carried away with a mod a friend asked me to test out, and then got the consequences for it. If there is a log or something that the admins can view, they will see that a lot of the time I have been playing legit. And only for about a week or so I was using the X Ray. I don't play minecraft all that much, but when I do I go on this server. Now I have to either ask for a second chance, or boot myself over to another server to start all over. If I did have any choice, I would love to join on this server, even start fresh on it. I have always been a nice guy. It's just that I have made some mistakes in my life. Doesn't everyone?

Normally, we complain that ban appeals are too short. Yours is a huge wall of text. Cover the salient points then stop. We don't need extra info. Honestly, I can't even bring myself to read your appeal, what with the multiple different formats and then the tiny little eye-strain size font gibberish at the bottom. Your second post is more of the same.

I don't have the X-ray mod, I just raid any abandoned homes. [EDIT] I have proof I mined half of the Diamonds I got anyway
