so it was my first day on the server, i glanced over the rules and and i flew out of spawn, at which point i was kicked for flying. i realized that flying was against the rules then and i didn't use the mod again UNTILL the lava spill of doom that probably left my house in ruins. i only used it to try to save the belongings i worked hard for and i didn't use it for an unfair advantage. i think you can look at the spill if you go to 35 -405. i promise that i wont use mods again even if it is another emergency.

There are many ban appeals each day and likely still some left over from the X-ray purge. Be patient and I'm sure an admin will get to yours as quickly as they are able.

Adding to the public record to cover my bases. r0nk was a tenant on one of my realms, but he's been evicted and his few possessions confiscated.

I checked with Rokkrwolf and Jtcanon yesterday and was cleared to do so. I explained the situation and that I believe r0nk was also speedhacking. (saw him moving abnormally fast from and away from my realm)

Rokkr suggested I just hold his items, but Jtcanon said keep em'. I have screencaps of my conversation with Jtcanon on my other computer if need be.

Sorry r0nk, but I don't want to lease to a liability. Plus I gotta clear your tower with flowing lava off my land now :roll:
