I was apparently banned for X-ray hacking, as I was told by some people on website chat, But I don't understand what makes an Admin or Mod think i used X-ray hacks. Sure I have a lot of diamonds, but you can ask store owners if i buy a lot of diamonds from them. I've been playing on this server for a while and I really like it, so why would i do anything to risk getting banned? I'm sorry if I did something, that makes you think I used X-rays, but I don't. Please Un-ban me or tell me a little more about why I was banned so I can explain my self. Thank you, and I'm sorry.

ANR you were banned for using an x-ray hack, which you already know. I won't say exactly how we know you were using them, all I will say is that the evidence is apparent and it's fairly obvious. In your appeal I suggest you be honest, dishonesty gets you a perma ban.

Ok, but I'm not lying, If what I think you think is proof of me X-raying I can explain. If you have found caves with no torches in them, and they were made by me, here is what really happened. I did use a mod, but not the X-ray mod, I used Dynamic Lighting mod, which allows me to hold an object that produces light in my hand and it will create light. I asked Kerovon a while back if I am allowed to use this mod, and he said yes. So my brother and I went mining. He held the torch while i mined to prevent me having to use coal for torches. I'm sorry if you got the impression that I was X-raying, but please just trust me when I say I wasn't. I'll never do that again if you don't think it should be allowed. I'm sorry for doing all of this, I didn't think it would be against the rules or that, it would seem as if it was dug using X-rays. Please trust me, I didn't use X-rays, or some other cheats, I just used a mod that I was told was allowed.

The server checked each player indevidually and checked them for x-ray mod. If you were banned by it, there is no denying that you did use this mod. And as far as I know, lighting mods are legal.

Mods like fullbright are illegal, but if you got a specific okay for your mod from kero, then you are probably safe on that count. However it was the xray charge that you got caught on and those are pretty sure things.

From my understanding of what happens, since you claimed innocence, the admins will actually go out and manually inspect your mine and use the mining logs to determine exactly what and how you mined. If you did use xray they will be able to determine that, and they tend not to be generous if you make them take the time to examine your mine. This will also take some time as they are quite busy so just be patient and wait for them to get to you.
