Good day.
After being unbanned the first time, I was immediately rebanned without being able to access the server, after the activation of the finder of x-ray mod users. My account was originally banned after my younger brother griefed the stadium sometime ago. I would not repeat everything I've already written in the previous post, but please note, that I originally carry all the responsibility for not being able to keep an efficient supervision over him, meaning that rejection of this application is completely understandable. Nevertheless, the password has been changed and unsaved after each exit and the server address is being removed to prevent the similar situation anytime again.
After the "mod finder" was enabled, it was realized that in addition to griefing, the x-ray was used.
I clearly understand that these two violations of rules don't come in 1 "package". so somekind of penalty may or even must gollow. I've expressed my opinion on the x-ray usage, it's role in SMP and the way I feel about my reputation being sabotaged in the previous post.
I kindly ask that you allow me access the server once more and allow me to rpove myself as an efficient and mature player.
