According to the book of rules, trespassing is only punishable after a mod or admin has asked you to leave. Apparently the owner's word doesn't mean squat, at least according to the rules.

So you mean if i warn someone i am about the break the rules and burn them, then i am not actually breaking the rules? Awesome. Following that logic, it means that if i warn someone i am about to grief their house its okay, right?

This whole topic reminds me of Private Realms on the last map. On that map, if a realm was private only members could enter it. On this map, that feature was taken away because the community/Intelli saw that it had flaws that impeded server growth/enjoyment.

Let us assume for a moment that I don't want anybody to ever set foot on my realm property ever. The second they do, i shoot them a warning and then I instantly burn them to death. Yay. While you are easily able to visit my wonderful realm, you must deal with my special rule of "come and visit because you are allowed to but if you do I will say get out or you will die and when you do not then I set you on fire".

I agree with cerevox on this issue at the moment, the rules need to be made clear on this matter.

You can warp if you are on fire in some cases, but not all. I heard it has to do with how close other players are to you.

I agree on both sides, yes he shouldnt of set him on fire because it was a direct pvp infraction, but at the same time it was his store, realm, and he did warn the kid.

I think a warning would be suffice a ban in this case seems over dramatic because both parties were at fault and i believe this is his first offense.

Dr. Companion I really recommend not setting anyone on fire, no matter how much they are annoying you, I forgot if its possible to turn on pvp in your realm anymore, if you can, do that and swat him out that way so its legal.
