Ok ok that's enough of me ripping apart your argument and spamming this thread. Do you want to know a super easy way to make your chances of being unbanned go up by orders of magnitude? Apologise. Genuinely apologise. It's time for you to start over, and I'll help you along, if you're willing. Humour me and try this.

• Write about what you did wrong. Don't try to blame other people, show that you're not at fault or anything like that. Just what about what you did wrong and why you were banned.
  
  Write about why you did what you did. Was it because you were immature? Didn't think the rules applied to you?
  Now write about what you should have done instead. This can be as easy as 'I shouldn't have said what I said.'
  
  Apologise for you actions. Genuinely apologise.
  
  Say why you believe you should be unbanned. Why won't you do it in the future? What will you do differently?

I neither like nor dislike you, because I've never really talked to you. However, I am forming opinions fast. Change my mind about who you are. Show me and the rest of the server that you deserve to be unbanned.

I disagree with the part about options, I've always held back feeling sorry for the jerks on the server thinking they'd change. (Which I've already stated) Also, don't put so much into this. I don't care at all about being unbanned, I'm doing this for dunder's sake. (Well knowing It won't work) I knew I'd get more crap from people for posting this but that's cool. I know apologizing and owning up to what I've done is my way back. But I ain't gonna say sorry when I know I'm right. Also, your quoted "System" sucks. Just because it wasn't proven in the past doesn't mean it can't be dug up and punished at a later time. Really just holding it all back means I should have been banned earlier, I'm sure I've admitted in the past that I knew people were breaking rules but haven't told anyone out of my oh-so-futile-pity.
