I agree with Mia. Aj is in general rude to everyone. He automatically assumes that the new players are hackers and such, driving them away. He is making the server seem much more hostile than it really is.

@AJ She is posting a ban request because you are harassing her outside of the server. Your contact with her should go no farther than Minerealm. Grow up and quit picking on little girls.

Alright let's get this straightened out. I do not automatically assume that new players are hackers. I ask them if they want op, are going to spam, or grief, loot, and troll other players. I did this once and was told not to do so. As a result I stopped immediately and have not done so since. I have not harassed her at all outside of the server. The only other way I can talk to her is through skype. The 2 lines mia has presented, are the only things I have said to her on skype. She was being immature so I removed her. End of story. I am not picking on little girls jailbird. Infact she is the one picking on me and she is quite a bit older than me. I have infact asked you to stop many times mia. I am not even going to get started on you playing the innocent card as staff have seen you harassing me. Me saying those 2 things is not proof that you are innocent. I do not "always" do this. I do it to people who treat me like this. Example, Krinbros, Meowrocket, jailbird553, IVIVII, and Smdwamfc15. I do not play the "Im innocent" card. Mostly because they know that they do the same thing and dont make a ban request. You have never asked me to stop. Perhaps you have over skype but I blocked you so yeah I would not see that. I debuddied you because I had never seen you before and because you were very annoying, used caps all the time and spammed quite a bit. Any more questions?

I voted that this request should be denied for a variety of reasons.

Thus far I have seen no proof that AJ has actually harassed you on the server, I believe that skype is completely irrelevant to the server.

You made a pretty long list there, didn't you? Lets paraphrase that a bit. I believe that "Lying about me", "Calling me bad names", "Saying bad things about me", "General rudeness to me", "Saying bad things about other people" and "Harassing me" are all very much repetitive. In fact they all mean the same thing, harassment. I feel as though your argument would have been much better if you simply said something like 'I would like to see AJ banned because of his harassment.

Furthermore, AJ is entitled to lie about his age. If he doesn't want to let you know his age that is perfectly fine and if he feels that lying about it to shorten the conversation is necessary then you, I guess in a way, just have to deal with it.

Lastly you stated "etc" I think the rest of us reading this would like to know what this "etc" is.

The thing that I personally found the most outrageous is the fact that you used that /ad to promote people to vote on AJ's ban. Lets use this bit of logic.

If AJ really did do something ban worthy would you really need votes to secure his ban?

To me this request seems more like personal revenge for a possible argument you both participated in. Please provide proof of this harassment that includes the messages you send back included. If I'm proved wrong and AJ does deserve a ban a stand corrected. Until then I vote no.

I'm pretty sure any messages from Skype don't count as legit proof unless a mod witnessed. It also doesn't really correlate with Minerealm, since Skype is a separate deal.

OK, I get it, I'm overreacting a little bit.
But I just want to make it clear that Aj harassed me multiple times on the server and lied about it every time. It just angers me that Aj does this to not only me but other players as well, and always gets away with it. I feel that something should be done about this. I will be posting more proof of his harassment later.

OK, here is what happened.
We were both playing Minerealm at a late time during the night.
I said nothing to you on Skype at this point.
We Both stared to fight on Minerealm.
After the fight you messaged me on Skype.
I replied nothing to you.
You removed me on Skype.
I did not spam you.
Didn't even say anything to you.

From my perspective, this back and forth argument between mia3268 and AJS312 is nothing more than just another way of "pointing fingers" at each other. Mia3268, even though we have never met (pleasure to meet you), you shouldn't be trying to make AJS312 look like a criminal (I get this assumption from what the Twitter Chat says and from what AJ312 says). Using /ad's to tell people to read what you have said so that they can shame him makes you no different from what you assume he is doing. Through your actions of taking charge of his "harassment," you are basically acting the same as he supposedly does to you. If he is harassing you, don't just try making it worse by doing the same back. Use common sense. I get where you are coming from, it is annoying getting rude comments directed at you, but you don't have to react towards them. He bugs you or you bug him, just ignore him and give some space between each other.

I cannot speak for all the people you mentioned above but I know I have only reciprocated what has been thrown at me. Your little overreactions over little things cause people to label you as a prick. IF you didn't overreact and fling the insults first you would receive no flak whatsoever.
