I have been banned for a week and I don't know how this works but I have a ban appeal,I have read all the rules,and I have even asked all my friends to help and I still am banned!And i'm sorry if this is not proper way to address it but I don't know any other way to do it.

You really just have to be polite, apologize, cooperate with Rokkr, and wait. I'm afraid that's the best advice I can give you.

You just have to stop posting here. You can bump you appeal once a day. If you continue posting here you will NEVER be unbanned. Just save yourself a forum ban for later if you keep posting here. At that point it is very difficult to bump an appeal.

Just be patient and one of the Admins will get to it as soon as possible.
