Just saying, if you turn on pvp and get killed, no matter what the circumstances you lose your stuff. It's not bannable

As has been said in earlier posts, if you switch on pvp you can be killed by anyone else with pvp on regardless of agreements made with the person who killed you or anyone else. When killed in pvp, whoever gets your stuff is not required to return anything.
