Aelcalan i fully understand what you saying yes he should apologise yes he shouldn't of said it in the 1st place, but i disagree with the fact that i am appealing just because hes a my brother yes i visited this particular ban appeal for that reason but if i saw another member who had been on minerealm for over a year i'd like to think i'd leave a comment on his/her appeal aswell and vice versa

i was wrongfully banned by a mod on this server and a recieved no apology as such and nothing happen to him as he is on the winning side of the community and therefore can make a mistake with a lower form of punishment so we can argue the case brothers will look out for brothers but it's no difference to mods and staff members looking out for eachother.

most of your points are valid but i do believe a permanent ban is too harsh for 1 vulgar word out of all the other things that could of been said, that's not to say he shouldn't have known better.

1. No one said anything about a perma-ban (will never be unbanned no matter how many times he/she appeals)
2. It's understandable that you would support your brother, but this is HIS appeal, and you're simply providing your opinion. Opinions can be shown through other methods. That's why we have a poll at the top of the appeal.
3. Reiterating what Ael said, it's his ban, he should appeal for himself
