Ok, This seems over, but i think Cross is getting of the hook for something he actualy did. Me and Shadowfeast were fighting in the nether, and Cross was just like whipping across the map extremely fast, and We saw him fly to get ontop of the portal, And i think Shadow has a picture on top of the portal, which would prove his flying, Becuase... getting ontop of the portal is impossible, without some how getting rid of portal block protection or flying.
