Light it's not a exploit it's built into Minecraft itself anyone can use it and all it does is freeze you in placee, no flying involved.

As far as what's the point no clue maybe to pause yourself ingame? Basically what it does.

The Minecraft engine has something at allows me to go through solid floors and into seal vaults. Anyone can use it so it's not an exploit.

Taking advantage of a game "glitch" is considered an exploit.
