I started play on Minerealm again recently, and I had installed Zombe's mod pack since the last time I had played on this server. I was using the running speed modifier to jump higher and run much faster. I knew this was against the rules, but I wasn't doing anything malicious or for my own benefit, so I assumed it wouldn't be of consequence. I apologize for this, and I won't make the mistake of doing it again if the ban is lifted.

Edit: I didn't install the mod pack with the intent to use it on the server. I had been using it on single player for a while, before I came back to Minerealm.

You say you didn't do it with intent but you knew it would get you banned?

I made things confusing with that edit. What I was trying to say was that I didn't install it for the purpose of using it on the server, but for single player. Then when I came back to the server, I made the mistake of thinking it would be alright to use it despite knowing it was wrong. I didn't think I would get banned, per se. I just didn't think it would be so serious, which I was entirely wrong about.
I regret doing it, and I already removed the mod.

Using mods is never alright, we aren't like most servers we take all offense seriously, you break a rule you get banned. Knowing the rules and still breaking them makes it that much worse.

You will be unbanned Monday February 4, 2013. If you get banned again you may be permabanned.
