Being an AVO fan is a bannable offense and has been used to ban multiple people. However, i am far more interested in whos house that is, do you perhaps know? Is that even a pic on our server?

Being an aVo fan is not an offense that can get you banned. That is completely absurd. I don't know where the blur you got that from. The mods have never banned a person for simply being a fan. In fact, I know of a certain player on Minerelan that stated he was a fan of aVo.

Can liking aVo's videos get you banned?

People have been banned for liking aVo but like s2 said I don't think anyone can see what video's you've liked. I mean if you like them it's w/e just don't be like them and becareful with what you say about them.

They were not banned for being a fan of aVo. The first was banned for threatening to return with hacks and grief, the second was banned for insulting the server. It was not used to deny ban appeals, it was used to create evidence that a certain player was not just a fan of aVo but also a follower, and the fact he was subscribed to aVo on YouTube along with the ban record on a Reddit server, which aVo has griefed, implies that the player is simply going to the servers aVo has hit to grief.

No, i know for a fact that there are numerous people on the ban list whose only reason for being on that ban list is that they were in the AVO vent channel and that is the only reason. They have never even been on our server and im not talking just a few either, but at least 40+.

I have banned multiple people simply because they so proudly flaunted that they love avolition and their videos. How is that not the right thing to do? >:)

If its stated as a rule then its perfectly legit. If its not then you should add it. Simple. The rules are the rules.

Right or wrong is something for intelli to worry about when he makes the base rules. All we minions do is interpret. Right or wrong is irrelevant.

What is what? Its simple. The Rules are The Rules. Its got nothing to do with fairness or being correct or polite or nice or friendly or even-handed or popular or unpopular or silly or absurd or sneaky or unpleasant or draconian. If you break a rule, you broke a rule and should be punished according to the rules. Seems simple enough to me.
