He was wandering around spawn, destroyed a sign left by zer0percent, replaced it with one saying "I grieft you hahahahaha". He then destroyed this while acting surprised that it was there when he saw me watching. I managed to start recording just after he placed the sign, but it does have him cutting down a tree that is adjacent to the sign.

The second incriminating thing is that he was digging into tunnels and what not that he shouldn't have been able to see. I have some vid where i check on a tunnel he just made, and found that it led into a already present tunnel. This isn't as conclusive as it could be, but I though t I would offer it up anyway. It is at the end of the video.

He also used the tunnel he made to tunnel strait into someones underground house and started stealing from all the chest. I didn't get it recorded though.
