The harassment is questionable at best. Unless we were there and I mean actually there with them there's nothing that could be done. Even if staff were ingame and were asked to get involved we would simply ask Gman why he was following them. He would say to watch and that's that. There is really nothing we can do complaining cause he was following them is the same as me complaining you guys follow staff and get in their faces when they are trying to do staff work but very rarely do we
ban for such things.
Not to mention they were pvping, and when pvping in any form you take that risk by turning on your pvp. Whether you made a pact with the person you are fighting to return items, if someone jumps in or happens to walk by when the loot is dropped well you are out of luck. If you want a closed environment that's what private realms and pvp arenas are for. Either way Gman wanted to watch, for what reason we have no clue it's only speculation for all we know he was there to make sure glad wasn't cheated or anything. But again we have no clue and I see no form of harassment.
We do not know what Gman would have done from jumping in to watching, to stealing loot, either way he did nothing wrong and lightning broke the rules that's it.
As I said I see both sides, but do I consider it harassment? No, even if lightning did lava him after warning let's be honest here he gave no warning. So he would of broken the rule either way. By warning, since it might be brought up i'll just say it, I mean the warning 3 times to leave or they would be lava'd which also includes a private msg so 4 msgs total. But that's null and void anyway because they weren't on a private realm and he wasn't obstructing them.
So to end it, lightning get's banned for illegal pvp and gman eats 15k worth of items. Both are punished in their own way, so I think we can leave it at that.
