I am an avid gamer still in high school. I am living a normal life that someone in Florida would. Jet sking every weekend and going to the beach once a week. Starting back when I got a PSX, I loved games. My 90s were Pokemon. My early 2000s were Yu-Gi-Oh and Bionicles. Now its all about Xbox and PC games.
I have written articles for my schools newspaper and I have written a few for the next Player's Issue here on Minerealm.
I have been with this server for months and I have seen a lot of crazy stuff that goes down. I love reporting and will be on any scene to get a story.
I can be reached on steam anytime of the day. I am almost always on my computer during the hours of 9 am - 4 pm.
Grammar is important to me. I will try to be very unbiased about my news.
Sample Story sent to Panthers for Player's Issue:
Realm wars dead?
It has been a month since the last war has been declared. No one has even posted in the Realm Wars Forum in around a week. Has Minerealm entered a time of peace? Some players complain about not ever having real battles and just sitting around during times of war. Others think that the 48 hour stalemate rule is too short.
Server Veteran Sharingan616 says "It seems that realms have taken a break from wars, as many players are focusing more on building, expanding, and single person pvp. Although some realms do seem to lash out at each other once and a while, for now it seems Minerealm is peaceful. I expect this to be the trend for a while." about the possible death of Realm Wars.
Its creator, Panthers17nfl, says "Well I blame it partially on myself for not updating its features, which is an important part in keeping it alive. The underlying problem with both realm wars and bounty hunting is that both require groups of players to be legitimately mad at each other, which is something we don't promote as a server so self-destruciton." He also went on to state that as a mod, he has more important stuff to do then update the system.
One question is left in the air, what will happen to our IP? Will the system still be in action has a sort of stock market for items? Will it crumble with Realm Wars? Will we get refunded?
Thanks for your time,
