Well, I was hesitant to do this at first, for obvious reasons, but I am officially bumping my Staff application. I recently talked to, and recieved a few comments from, people whose opinion I value rather highly. I was effectively encouraged to push my application forward despite recent events.
That said, I would like to add a few things, as certain parts of my application are no longer accurate. Anything bolded is has been changed/added to.

About Yourself: I originally heard about Mincraft through one of Team Avolition's videos, and decided to check out the server.
Allow me to clarify this... I searched "Minecraft Servers SMP" in the Search bar, and that was one of the first results. I do not condone griefing.
Qualifications: I was a moderator for a close knit community server run by a friend. That said, I am an extremely active member in Minerealm, logging up to a dozen hours a day, and am rather familiar with what the position entails.
Why I deserve this position: I know I can handle it. I am aware that is hardly a joyride, and am likely one of the most active players on the server. I care a great deal about the server, and help other players with projects regularly. I do my best to help newer players with any question they may have, and when there are no Staff on and disputes arise, I do what I can to resolve them or at least keep things from escalating.
That said, I was recently banned for X-Raying, and was only unbanned a few weeks ago. There was litterally no excuse for it, and I initially lied through my teeth. The only thing in my favor would be that I immediately reversed my story and admitted everything without any prompting or pushing. I am hardly about to make such a mistake again, and hope the community has forgiven me for that.
In short, I believe that if Staff were willing to unban me, then this means that they at least believe the sincerity of my apology. I ask therefore that this not be held so harshly against me when the decision is made.
Availability: Literally all the time. I am frequently on when Staff are not, and am regularly on for hours at a time. I have Skype, though I have no mic at the moment.
Anything else you wish to add: There is nothing else that I can say. I want this position, and am confident of my ability to meet the standards. If this application is even considered, I am thankful for that at least.
