Sorry, but your application is appalling, you're not old enough, you haven't got enough forum time, there are plenty of staff online, though mostly during the American day, so i agree we could do with more staff online in the GMT daytime.

Your punishments for the two offences you mentioned where terrible, and inconsistent with server standards.
Next time you make an application, read the sticky threads at the top of the staff app section, look at the apps of other members, and learn about the server.
Come back in two years and you may be considered, however there's about 100 other players before you who have more experience, can spell, know the server and are known by the other players.
