Lavender describes herself as level-headed. I would go further and call her congenial and intelligent.

In-game she shows maturity and sensibility.

Her personality is freindly and very charismatic, which is important in a leader.

I've had a small hick-up in the past with Lav about a spawn realm and she dealt with the situation in the same method a member of staff would, after that she made effort to create a friendship between us both and showed she has the capability of defusing a situation and also providing a better outcome. I believe Lavender_Blonde has the capability of bringing a lot of support to MineRealm and I for one support this request as a result.

A firm grasp of the rules, level headed, fair, and she isn't stark raving mad... I like this application.

In addition, a sense of humor and friendly disposition means that players won't be terrified to ask her for help, and that she won't snap angrily at them when the mob of inanity that the chat occasionally devolves into reaches critical levels.

Simplified? This is a good player to have as a Staff member, for all the best reasons. I've never had an issue with Lavender_Blonde, and would love to see her with that shiny red tag. My support, for whatever it counts for.
