About myself: I’m a friendly person and an enthusiastic gamer. I have been playing on the minerealm server for some time and have made many bases and realms throughout the server. Through my Adventures in the world i have interacted with many different people and i have found the community of mine realm to be one of the most appealing in the online community. Outside of mine craft I am a student currently finishing year 10 I attain good grades and play a number of different sports. I consider myself to be a serious gamer as I may even on school days dedicate around 3 hours to various titles such as minecraft and Shogun total war. I have a level head and believe that i may be well suited to be put into a position of responsibility.
Qualifications: Unfortunately I have not been a mod on any other servers before. This is mainly due to my dislike of many of their online communities. But now that I am 16 I feel that I have had enough experience with the Rules and the community of mine realm that i may become a moderator of the server. I have had a great deal of experience with mine craft and I am familiar with Griefer tactics and use of social engineering. I have also known some personally and have seen the way they work in teams to confuse and delay the mods from taking action. This is why I feel I would be a great addition to the defence of the server and its players. Now I understand that my close affinity with griefers will make me a difficult choice but I felt honesty was best here. Due to my serious gaming orientation I have come to understand how the gaming market and the Meta game flows, working with and understanding the media has always been one of my strong points. And finally i have made some investments of time into the server, although not as much as others i am even now in the process of creating a replica of an English castle based in Yorkshire.
Why I think i deserve the position: Now i can’t say that i have spent months on the server but i have for some time been building and interacting with the players on the server. I feel that I can keep my head cool and keep my composure and i try to be polite at all times, this will be essential when dealing with the server’s more “difficult” players. I would also like to add that even when i have been in trouble for being mistaken as a griefer i have tried to be as polite as possible on the ban appeal. Also being Australian on the east coast i can cover time zones where i find there to be often no mods on the server leaving it next to defenceless. Now i understand that for whatever reason you may not think i am a good choice for mod i will continue to play on the server regardless.
Availability: i may play for at least an hour each day and maybe 2 or more on the weekends.
Also: I would like to add that mine realm is the best server with the best online community that i have ever been on and i plan to be playing on it for some time. Now I’m afraid that i may not get a position for various reasons but even then i would always be happy to help out if the request is given.
