I realize age may be an issue but although he the rule is I cannot be hired for the reason of lack of maturity. I go on to say that I actually am very mature as I will explain below.
Gender: Male
Location: New York
Time Zone: GMT -6, EST
About Yourself: I have along history of using the computer. I started before going into kindergarten going on the computer and self taught myself powerpoint before the age of 6. Of course I wasn't to advanced but it was good for my age. Around 3rd-4th grade I was hired for a group of some online friends for a virtual world as a designer for Sorbzworld.com although I am unsure if the website is still working. During my time there I learned much about copyright and coding. I self taught myself basic coding which I presently know some about still. I became the third highest position supervisor. I then quit because the boss was well an idiot and some other co-workers and I created an ultimately failing virtual world of my own mostly failed because of the original owner disapeared off the face of the earth. During the time working with that stuff I became advanced with many website providers and shortly owned a news blog with my cousin but evantually we lost intrest and stopped updating. Then I spent much time animating stickfigures and uploading to youtube where I got the name stickgod91. I first started playing minecraft around 1.6 beta. I then joined my first server, MineRealm which I've been playing for almost a year since today of July, twelth, 2012. On MineRealm when I first joined I was trying to find public around where I spawned, Roanoke but I killed by a mob and lost much stuff before buying a home. I then quit for a month or more. I evantually joined again and oddly spawned in spawn city. I then found a home evantually which got lost in the public land wipe. I quit out of rage again but joined again shortly. Then I evantually met my neighbor Anarchaos who started the town Soviet Russia with me. He got banned and it fizzled. I then lived alone for a while then a old comrade of mine, Sneakerhead moved away and are in the works of starting a new town that is allied with TPI.
Qualifications: Many of my qaulifications are described up there but I will restate them paraphrasing. I know basic coding, Advanced in blogging, an animator, Worked as supervisor and owned my own virtual world. Another qaulification is I owned a small hamachi server with a friend and I have my own bukkit server but is not played because of portfowarding problems.
Why you deserve this position: I deserve this position because I truely love to help other and I sincerly enjoy this servers and its players. I remain mostly under a good temper when provoked and am very patient with new players and people that need help.
Availability: Weekdays during school year: 5PM-about 10:00 PM EST or GMT -6 or later and for about 15 minutes at 8PM GMT -6. On Weekends during the school year mostly randomly during the day but for about hour at a time. During the Summer on weekdays Its mostly random during the day unless I'm at a short day camp or on vacation for a week. During the Weekends during the Summer it is exactly the same with the exception of day camp.
Anything else you wish to add: Now regarding maturity I guess I have to tell you how I'm mature. Recently I joined a Rowing team/crew team in which I'm the coxswain. The coxswain has the most important role in the boat it is also the hardest. It requires much maturity especcially if you're on a highschool team and in middle school. In a nut shell the job of the the coswain is to guide/turn/ and command the boat to let the rowers not crash. When rowing you face the oppisite way you row. I being the coxswain have to keep the safety of the rowers and make sure they don't crash. This job requires much trust and responsibility and I was picked over all the high schoolers. I realize there is a large chance I won't get this job because of my age but I'd like this resume to atleast be considered for a second.

Edit: All I edited was putting the questions of the application in bold.

Well... Let's start off by stating the obvious, you're not old enough.
Then, you used a giant wall of text as your application with no structure.
Then, you failed grammatically in many areas.
You also haven't had any moderation experience. You know coding, but obviously, Intelli knows coding well enough to only rely on himself, hence defeating the upbringing of the subject [that you know coding].

Whilst online, I've yet to see you resolve any conflict. You haven't shown any community-based activity, and I haven't seen anything you've done to show that you would be a wonderful, respectful, organized, or level-headed individual.

I wish to see an increase in moderators, but you sir, regretfully, are not cut out to be one at this point in time.

Way too young in my opinion. The app is really well-written though.

Using bold text is an improvement, but you should consider pasting the entire application into a MSWord document to show all of the spelling errors and grammar errors, and then possibly taking out everything that has nothing to do with the server, and/or your maturity.

My mother always told me, "If you say you are mature, you are far from it." I've lived by those words most of my life.

Re-writing your application, and editing your post, with the following:
1. No spelling errors.
2. No grammatical errors.
3. No off-topic statements.
4. Proper paragraph spacing and indenting.
5. No personal opinions on any subject matter.
6. Reasons you would be an asset as a moderator.

Until then, I don't see anyone giving you a serious chance.

First, I'll say that this is not meant to be rude. There is just something in your application that really popped out at me and I feel it'd be beneficial to you to point it out. Mod applications can get torn up by the community sometimes >.<

First, that is a huge run-on sentence. Second, you will find as you get older and work that a lot of your coworkers and superiors will be idiots from your point of view. If everyone quit their job because a coworker or boss pissed them off... well, you get the idea. Lately though, there was a specific incident on this server that not everyone agreed with. A lot of people thought Intelli was stupid, including two staff. They let their opinion control them and did rather immature things, and then quit. I'm saying this because I don't think the current staff are looking for people who will rage-quit the first time they think their superior is stupid. Being able to work with people who you disagree with is a vital life skill. Insulting your previous "boss" publicly is not a good thing. It'd be better to leave it out or say something like "I had disagreements with my boss so I left" (but then the above would apply).

As far as maturity, I can believe that you are mature for your age... but there is a certain level of maturity that can only be obtained through experience. I always thought I was extremely mature for my age, but looking back at some of the decisions that I made, I know that I was not as mature as I thought. The quote you linked is pretty old, I believe. Minerealm is accepting applications from people under 18 (as far as I know), but only exceptionally-well qualified individuals have a shot at being selected. They would probably need to have a perfect community image, perfect application, and know all of the staff well.

First to clarify the co workers werent and idiot was the boss and let me describe the boss. Day 1 I tell boss I'm going on vacation he says its fine Day 2 I don't get to go online Day 3 I get demoted for missing a day of work although his consent was given. The boss was honestly just making up the whole thing to troll some kids. For example he didn't pay for the domain of the website he made workers who he didn't pay, pay for infact begged us to pay for it. He was unprofessional i.e. for our application for promotion we had to guess his middle name they month and day he was born and draw a pie.

Double-posting not a good idea on your Application, you should consider letting this application fall into the recesses and rewrite your application at a later date.
