And eah, as I understand it, the decision was made after looking cumulatively at NTC's history. Their troublemaking stretches back to the days of Kress, but the straw that broke the camel's back was when an NTC member acquired Intelli's contact information and both spammed it on the forums and called him at home.

The decision was made to disband the entire faction by banning every player associated with NTC, then giving them a chance to get unbanned by leaving NTC. Personally, I think they should have been given the chance to leave before being banned, but they did eventually have a chance--some of them took it, stepping down from NTC in exchange for an unban. Those who refused to do so brought their fates upon themselves.

The truth exists in the following: I was unaware of the actions take place. I was in bed at the time of being informed. When informed, I proceeded to not take part in any actions. I could not stop any of the actions, as they had already taken place in my absence. I am STILL learning about ALL of the events that took place, further proving that I had NO affiliations with the NTC attacks. I have already denounced myself of the name and want to continue partaking in the server events that had been so near and dear to my heart in 2011-2012. I just want to be on the server...

Beast wasn't banned for harassing Intelli. Rather, after the staff decided to get rid of NTC following that incident, Beast was banned for being part of NTC. As I stated, I personally feel he and the other NTC members should have been given an opportunity to leave NTC before that happened, but they were given such an opportunity after the fact, and decided against taking it.
