Can anyone tell me a guesstimate release date for the AMD 7890 graphics card? I currently have a 5770 (overclocked) and I was looking to upgrade to the 7890 once it is released. I've heard Q2 2012 (April-June) but I wanted to know if anyone here knows a more specific date.

Also, what kind of performance increase do you think I will see from upgrading this much?

If they say April then April it is, unless they delay of course. It's hard to find a solid spec on the card right now...but it's going to totally outclass your current card. Make sure your machine isn't going to be a bottleneck itself, nothing like owning a kick-ass card only to be held back by RAM or CPU.

Heck, I'm still running a OC'ed 5750 myself, and it runs everything moderately well.
