Today, I witnessed Thugrats attack a customer at nova... This customer had done nothing wrong and was just going to nova to buy some replacement string for it's pet and his Bow. Something Must be done to stop these Horrendous crimes against the loyal customers of Nova Store while they attempt to do their everyday shopping.

Attached is the customer outside nova store, after his purchases, and being still harassed by thugrats.

In my few interactions with thug he has been very kind even going so far to say "i love you" please do not ban him he is a nice guy and i think that customer deserved it he had a weird skin and who the heck needs to buy some string just go kill some spiders lol noob.
