Binaural beats is "music" usually used in meditation and can be used therapeutically to remedy phobias, depression, anxiety, and insomnia. Some stimulate the pineal gland, which produces the hormone that effects wake/sleep patterns. This is supposed to cause a trippy feeling but I've never had the pleasure of experiencing it.
I'm sharing this with Minrealm because I've meditated to Theta Binaural beats for a while and my anxiety is almost completely gone. I recommend taking a bit of time to make yourself comfortable, put on some headphones, and try and meditate to these sounds, even if you've never meditated before. It feels great if you really release your mind to it.
Here are some I've been listening to, there are packages of binaural beats that you can buy, but there are plenty on youtube to try out:
These must be listened to on stereo headphones (high quality would be great) or else you won't get the effect. Close your eyes and clear your mind.

fun fact: I took my name from "Technoshamanism," which is a subculture of the rave scene who participate in shamanic practice using modern means such as psychotherapy, psychoactive drugs, and raves. Technoshamans are known to use binaural beats (sometimes accompanied by psychoactive drugs) to meditate.
I have never used an illegal substance and do not recommend it to anyone. Just clearing that up.
