I went to the end and came back recently.

My /home is set here currently:

And when I came out it put me in my bedroom here:
http://game.minerealm.com:12500/?worldn ... 64&z=-3958

Not weird at all. You always return to your bed from the End, unless you don't have one in which case you return to world spawn (AFAIK anyway; haven't tested that). MineRealm's /home command is completely separate to that mechanic.
