[Silthorn]

I have a zombie pigman that I keep on my realms, and I've had him for almost a year now. But I had made a skeleton grinder about 100 blocks away from where he is before the mob entity updates happened. So right now, I'm kind of scared to use my grinder, because would that mean my pigman might despawn (seeing that I'm going over the hostile mob limits)? I know the older a friendly mob is, the less chance of despawning, but would that still count for hostile mobs? :O

I'm not sure, but if you do kill each mob that spawns from it you may be safe, but don't take my word though on that haven't really messed with any of my three spawners after the new mob limit. If you follow the limit minimum limits then you should be fine. I have about 10 or so passive mobs on my realm and at least 5 hostile mobs at night to spawn, though I think pigman is considered hostile to Minecraft, correct me if I'm wrong though.
