So, I grew up when Pokemon was a big deal. Wizards of the Coast were still producing the cards - the best times in Pokemon TCG history.

I recently started collecting WOTC Trading Card items, mainly going for sealed products. This is my collection so far. (I do have a few Nintendo printed items)

I've spent a fair bit on my collection so far but I can assure you, it's going to cost a LOT more to complete.

My brother and I have been going through our Pokemon cards, gauging their values.
Of the odd things we found we have several shadowless cards, from the one print run they forgot to put the shadow behind the image on the old cards. We also have quite a few first editions and holo cards, and at least one was worth around $250 in new conditon, or so the guide said. It was a holographic Zapdos, I believe.
Anyway, it's ridiculous.

I haven't any Booster Boxes yet. They will come in good time. Cheapest one of them so far is around £150. Which I currently do have. The most expensive Booster Box to buy right now is the Base Set Booster Box. They range from £300-700 per box.

So yeah, a little way to go yet ^_^
