Just wondering for those who may got the consoles early what they have to say about theyre systems. Just wondering which I want to get considering I have xbow 360 and ps3. I've heard PS4 overheats all the time and can mess up disks in the process, according to 300+ YouTube videos. But xbow 1 has disk tray problems I've heard of. Anyone have any specific details? If not just talk about whatever console you prefer.

I don't own either but I've heard about problems with both. When the 360 and PS3 were released they both had their own issues. I would wait a few weeks or more until the next batch comes through and they work out the kinks.

In terms of personal preference, the PS4 is my favorite at the moment. The voice command thing seems really gimmicky on xbox, and I haven't really forgiven them for all the stuff they were going to do at the start.

Well I'm personally getting a PS4 mainly because of future exclusives (new uncharted, infamous: second son, the order 1886) and the ps vita remote play feature which sounds awesome.
Get the console that has the exclusives that you like.

PS4 just cause of Xbox's restrictions they were doing before back tracking on that mistake.

Some features on the Xbox is nice though.

As mitchie said, wait until at least v2 of both systems are out as almost every system ever has had hardware issues that have gone unnoticed in testing.
And they will be cheaper then.
Personally I am tempted with Xbone but only as I've gone the M$ route on the last 3 gen for system exclusives.
I like the look of both consoles, but I also love the Forza series.

My choice for xbox one versus playstation four is whichever one one of my friends decides to give away first... it won't be long until some new cool gaming system comes out and they won't want their xbone or ps4 anymore.

These new systems need a OS option. Like Linux on ps3. 400 dolla steam machine!
