Is there a new mob cap or is someone slaughtering my villagers? Ive noticed my farms not working from time to time now.

Recently, Intelli stated in chat that there can only be 40 villagers in a realm. (40 of the 100 mobs in the realm can be villagers). This was a week or so ago, so not sure if that is the most up to date information, but hope it helps.

This. Intelli didn't public ally announce it but realms can only hold 40 villagers now.

Yep, very disappointed.

I could have saved my trained villies had we been given warning via the forums.
And I only had 50 villies on that realm to avoid de-spawning!

It wouldn't have been a major inconvenience had I not died and lost all my gear only to discover my source villies gone. Back to villager training it is then

Can't edit my previous post so sorry for double but....

I just went to my realms near spawn that had 10 villies on them.
7 have despawned! What gives? There was nothing else on the realm.

Haha Bu1ld0g I fell in lava thinking I had put my pro IV unbreaking III diamond armor on.... It was in my inventory and I burned the whole set. You couldn't have had a worse fail then I did haha.

unb III fire prot IV set with feather falling
couldn't dig myself into a hole fast enough to save myself, even placing torches.
