Well, the owner is Intelli.
Don't know why you needed to know this information. He's not looking for more staff, you will not get OP from him, you are not in creative mode and anything you're having troubles with likely has a forum dedicated to it already, and if not, create a new one in the correct category (IE: Server discussion for server related issues, Ban section for ban requests/appeals, Chat for anything you're not sure of, or not expecting to be taken seriously, Ideas/suggestions for anything you seriously think should be added (using this one requires making sure it hasn't already been asked) and ect. They are pretty self explanatory).
Anything related to the coding of the server, you might as well forget it. I doubt he'd tell you anything about it.
If you need to know stuff, just ask in the chats section, don't waste Intelli's time. Any staff member can likely tell you what you need to know, anyway. Or even us regulars. The only special thing about Intelli is that he owns the server and thus holds certain responsibilities for it and gets praise for it, otherwise, for newer folk like you, he does pretty much the same thing as any other staff, though you should still thank him for the server by donating to the server thus keeping it running.
Now, if you made a serious post for once (decent grammar, not making pointless topics like "Jeffk200, because he's awesome", make full fledged sentences, and fully explaining what you want, ect.) perhaps he'd answer you or at least respond to you.
