It's very sad, of course, but I'm shocked at how little attention people pay to pretty much identical attacks in the Middle East and Africa that kill hundreds of people every week, as well as how quickly people assume that it was done by Muslims. Poor people are terribly discriminated against, by both the general populace, and by the government. I can't help but think back to the Holocaust, when Jews were blamed for everything...
...and there isn't even any significant reason to suspect them, the only possible reason is because less than 1% of the population is extremist and has resources to cause major havoc. It isn't like white people don't do the same thing, but because we're the majority, it's gone unnoticed. And it isn't like the US isn't doing the same thing to other countries.
