Here is 1 of my redstone contraptions that doesn't use any redstone wire.

Press both buttons any order, opens wall door. Press either button or the button behind the door, closes the door and resets the circuit. Press the button behind the door, temporarily opens the door.

I stopped using wire back when wire was wiped and I had to figure out how to make stuff work w/o it. Now I still don't use it because its harder and more fun to do.

I think that is freaking awesome, but way too complicated. I would try making it, then rage because of the redstoning. I'll stick to my redstone dust. cool project btw.
