Looking for the title of a comedy that I seen back in my high school years which was 7+ years ago. Can't recall the title itself as the movie was taped on vhs and no info on the box to what was recorded on it.
The movie goes as I recall, and this is all from what I can still remember about it.
"Something happens to some royal family that this scam artists comes up and claims he is an insurance dude (guy looks similar to Harold Ramis as I recall). Goes around smooching the royal ladies then meets up with a chubby taxi driver and a mute with curly white hair. Things go down where they have to get involved with a theater play similar to "swan lake" while this police officer is trying to get rid of them so he can steal this very precious gem belonging to said family, but fails"
Yeah not much but I recall it being set (probly as it felt like it) in the united kingdom. :/ tried looking up Harold Ramis to find out what it was, but nothing then the marx brothers as it felt like them but nothing. Also recall an asian in it that played a chauffeur to the scam artist that looked like Lucy liu, but again no hits there. Can you all help me cause it is literally infuriating that I can't find the title to the movie.
