Right off the bat i would like to apologize to any parties who feel that they were slandered or hurt in what appears to have become my own Ban Request. The purpose of the topic was not, as some might believe, to subvert Intelli or get a player banned, but to determine the exact nature of the rules.
Intelli's final post has done this, and I thank him for taking the time to respond to my topic. I would like to thank Dragoncrystal as well, for pointing out a key word that I will freely admit I missed. I was under the assumption, and I am reasonably sure that others were as well, that bans were always permant. If people saw my post as a personal attack against Intelli or any other players, I am sorry, because that was not its point. Intelli has always had good judgement, and I never thought that he wrongfully unbanned a player. What i wanted to understand was if this was a singular event, because the amount of discussion and controversy it caused marks a milestone in the servers legal system.
Again, I would like to apologize to Intelli, Lightbulbs(if he thought this was an attempt to ban him, which I highly doubt), and any others who feel wronged.
That being said, since joining the Minerealm community I have always been a kind and civil person. I have always trusted Intelli's judgement. I am respectful of moderators and administrators, have never broken any rules, and always lent a hand when needed. I am insulted that someone decided to rename my topic and turn it into my own Ban Request, that was not neccesary.
Edit: If possible, could the topic be deleted? I have my answer.
