I Was Thinking The Castle Would Have 3 Or 4 Rooms. Each 4 Blocks High

A Throne Room/Main Room (Floor 1)
The Eating Quaters/Kitchen (Floor 2)
A Guest Quaters (Floor 3)
The Kings Bedroom (Floor 4)

4 blocks seems pretty short for a castle's ceilings. I have a major revision to your plan, feel free to ignore it:

Floor 1: entrance into the dining hall, which would have 1 long table with chairs on each side, and the king's (and possibly queen's) throne. The ceiling would be high, maybe 8-10 blocks, with paintings all along the walls.
One exit would go to the kitchens, and the other would be a spiral staircase up and down

Floor 2: the king's bedroom. Why would the king want to walk up more than one flight of stairs? maybe 4 blocks high?

Floor 3: guests' bedrooms.

Very top of a tower/towers: prisoners' cells. (made out of mossy cobble?) 2 blocks high :twisted:

Basement: hidden away down here are the king's riches! This includes rare materials, more paintings, and chests.

dining hall would be 3 tables for guests and 1 fancy table for the king himself, main entrance should lead to a lobby with a strait path to the throne room. ceiling should be very high and decorative pillars. (dont forget guard areas)

The king does not walk!! he has people to walk for him.
