You get hyperthymesia... but

you get it after being struck by lightning. You don't die.. but you lose your ability to talk. So, due to hyperthymesia you have all these thoughts in your head, but you cant say anything, then you go crazy..

Granted. It don't sting, the sanitizer (Idk how to spell it) melt away all of your bodily organs killing you.
