No, it's fine. But the point of the game is to put an ironic, negative twist on their wish. Like a genie. Like this:

You get all your 100 Mercedes Lackey books... But they're absolute garbage because the author suddenly contracted full-fledged Alzheimer's at the moment of writing said books. They're completely readable and won't harm you, and are yours. They're just garbage.

I wish I had normal amount of non-poisoned ice cream of a flavor I actually liked that would not harm me or be detrimental to my living in any way shape or form.
