Neither worked as I have both adblock and adblock plus. Noscritps just breaks half the sites I use and won't allow me to put stuff on the whitelist.

In the end I had to use "adblock for youtube", which I assume is a specfic adblock just for youtube and that seemed to work.

I'm pretty sure adblock and adblock+ are by different authors and it could be they are conflicting with one another. I've used adblock + for Chrome for almost 2 years now and never seen a youtube advert.

As for notscripts (or noscripts on firefox) I assume you left clicked the pyramid to allow permissions for the various scripts needed? Did you assign a password so it would work?

I've always ran both adblocks with no issues prior so not sure what is up.

As far as noscripts I did indeed put in the password and I did not see a button only the option of whitelist in the settings but no matter what I put in it would not bypass and it blocked several sites I use daily so stopped using it.
