Well that was sexist.
In what world is describing an item of clothing sexist? Troll.....
Do you even understand the phrase or it's meaning?
Androcentrism: Androcentrism is the practice, conscious or otherwise, of placing male human beings or the masculine point of view at the center of one's view of the world and its culture and history.
By saying that he should "man up" and not be a "big girl's blouse", you're equating masculinity with bravery and femininity with cowardice.
My god......
I called him a wuss for asking staff to save him.
Just shows how this generation can twist a phrase.

Next time I'm about to die I'll be sure to whinge at staff to TP me to /spawn hey
I wasn't complaining about you calling him a coward -_- I was complaining about the terms you used to do so. For instance, if you got a bad deal for some enchanted items and complained "he practically robbed me!" I wouldn't complain. But if you said "he gypped me!" I would, because the term is racist.
Believed to be a shortened version of "He's flapping like a big girl's blouse" (from the appearance of a blouse drying in the wind) used to describe an indecisive person.
Practically any item of clothing would flap when drying in the wind. It specifies a very gender-specific article of clothing to invoke sexist stereotypes about women.
And who really cares if Bu1l made a comment that was barely sexist at all, and had no intent of sexism? Do you see any female minerealm players getting worked up about this? If people get butthurt about every little comment that is made, we'd be stuck being forced to say the same bland phrases as everyone else, and all the originality would go kaput. Censorship sucks. If you get a little bit offended about something, suck it up and go on with life.
Aaand you bring it RIGHT back up again. =n=

Probably people who are tired of hearing femininity used as an insult?

You're right! We should completely ignore everything offensive anyone says ever, because it isn't like subtly sexist comments decrease women's self-esteem or anything, or like they make people view women as inferior. Nah, you're right. The fact that you, as a man, can't feel any direct impact from it means that it has no negative social impact at all, and the entirety of modern sociology and social psychology is wrong. Also, we should probably unban that guy who was being racist toward people in the UK, it was just a bit offensive, stop getting so worked up over it!

So you want everyone in the world to do the same thing, say the same stuff, act the same, think the same, feel the same? May I ask, who made you the discrimination police? If the world was uniform, full of order, nothing unique about people, how boring would that be? I'm not supporting discrimination, but there's a line between actual discrimination and daily speech. If you can't take a couple of words, then how do you expect to get along with life, by clinging on to other people for help, and forcing others to comply with what you want? The world will always have discrimination, whether you like it or not, but the comment by bu1l was not sexist.

Okay, please, before I consider calling upon staff intervention, STOP POSTING ABOUT THIS TOPIC.If you want to continue this venomous argument DO IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. Anywhere else. I don't care where, just not here. If ya'll want to tear at each others throats and morals in private messages, feel more than free to do so. It has NO place here.
Thank you.

I doubt you would say the same thing if someone had insulted you.

As I said before, saying that won't change the fact that it's incredibly androcentric. It's like saying "I'm not racist, but I think all black people are thieves."

EDIT:

No, it was because you were sexist actually.

MLK "blew things out of proportion". The Votes for Women movement "blew things out of proportion". And now it's feminists who are doing so. Did you know that during the black civil rights movement, most white people thought that racism was gone? Truly. And now the same is occurring with sexism, with people refusing to even admit that they might have accidentally said something sexist, instead complaining about people being "easy to take offense".
