IMO I still believe its time for a total wipe.

Here's how you make people happy about it though: Every player has the ability to protect up to 4 realms (or just a very limited number of them), all others must be sold back to the server at the time of the wipe. This way, if you get your entire guild working together, you can protect builds like arcane or whatever while still bringing in new resources.

Intelli wouldn't have to blend anything and everyone's resources would basically get protected.

But what I actually predict is going to happen is some intelli magic. Im expecting great things this update and Im sure he has something good in store.

Do you remember how terrible the realm borders looked like with the last public map wipe?

Looked better then it currently is. IMO Intelli just needs to adjust the setting so its only private realms that are spared and anything public gets wiped with no border around private realms left like it was before.

You want him to wipe public land without a jigsaw puzzle? If he could accomplish that, mojang might offer him a job.

This. No. Never. I have 12 realms and am in a guild of only myself and an inactive player, does that somehow make my land less important because I don't have like 20 people in my guild to protect it all?
No.
I worked just as hard for that as you big guilds, if not HARDER.
You at least had multiple people working at once.
If ANY wipe happens it should be the wilderness or public land- but NOT forcing us to sell our things we worked so hard to get.
