Still a bug. I did this the other day on accident. I built a tower of sand to sky limit. Placed a torch, and the sand started breaking, then I left and it was floating there

Do you seriously think I would post a picture that showed me hacking?

I met a friend in trade, and while I can assure you that I was safely standing on the pressure pad, from her perspective I was outside the window. It's just a glitch in the position that I was rendered in from her perspective. You'll see similar glitches at spawn sometimes, with people appearing to be 'flying' a block above ground level.
