That's true. Technically, gender is assigned based on the size of the gametes produced by different individuals. Female = larger gamete ("egg"), male = smaller gamete ("sperm"). But people don't seem to be posting pictures of their individual cells as seen under a microscope.

No need for all of that.
Its obvious if its a girl or a boy, no need to get technical.

there are lots of people who are genetically male or female, but are most definitely the opposite. They may look the other gender, or are there mentally....sex is determined by dna, but gender....that's subjective
