Uh, last part's kinda freaky, are the kidnapped, cloned, or something?

This cheeky fan-made alternate take on the outcome of the season 2 finale is a referrence to The Matrix where in that film humanity has been captured and put to sleep in a huge virtual reality program by the machines that use humanity to power itself.
And a bit similar to Aliens and invasion of the body snatchers, the animator here took an old horror film take on the ending with a shock twist.
So yes the animator poses the question, what if the doppelgangers were successful and were able to capture the equestria population as intended...
