The thing is, you pushed me into the realm and trapped me there. If I had come back, before the realm had been disbanded, I would've had to /spawn, giving you the advantage. Fair? I think not.

Well, sorry about that. Thing is, over 60 realms disbanded in the 5 minutes before it, giving you ample time to return to the realm even after a /spawn.
An unfair advantage was never really my intention. I guess I was just bored from sitting in that realm for 2 hours.
In fact, when the realms started disbanding, I'm sure I wasnt in them.

Well, more or less, it takes no time for /spawn to load in abyssus. It's just sitting upon that hill. It's not going to take 5 minutes either way. Especially not from that temple only a few hundred blocks away.

Maca, I know that what he did was an unfair advantage but you were not there at the time the realms disbanded anyway, so why does it really matter?

Also I know you said that you had to 'rush' out at the time when you had to leave but it only takes a couple of seconds to log out so I hardly doubt you could'nt have.

Anyway personally I think this case is just minor and you guys should just forget about it and move on.

I had no idea about that. But even on a bad day, If it takes you 3 minutes to load (which would be strange anyway becaue from that proximity it's normally likely that the chunk is preloaded) you would still have had almost 2 minutes to get back.
But like ibis said, you weren't there anyway, and i only managed to get you to that temple with 3 mintes untill the realms all began to disband. If you were going to be there, you probably would have while I was pushing you.

Even if I hadn't have pushed you, you may have got back even hours after we got those realms. No one knew precisely the time it would have disbanded, and even if we were all there ready with /purchase typed in waiting for the very second it would disband,, it still would have been pretty random.
What in trying to say, is that it didn't really matter; whether you were trapped or not, had you been home when it happened it would have been a pretty fair chance.

If I knew this was going to happen, I probably would have let you have the realms and just bought them from you empty. But the thing is, if I didn't, ibis or intelli would have.

They are being revoked for the wipe but not forever. Roanoke has already been informed, by Intelli, that we will have sufficient land available and "will have no problem getting reapproved as a spawn". While Abyssus will become an Island that is not to be Roanokes fate. We will have our own continent.

While Abyssus will become an Island that is not to be Roanokes fate. We will have our own continent.

The dispute wasn't so much over the location, as over the contents of the realm. A house with several stacks of bricks in it was on the realm.
