Dude, just do what I do. Open Microsoft Word. Insert picture. Choose photo option 'grayscale'. Copy picture. Open Microsoft Paint. Paste image. Save. Upload.

Save yourself the time of searching and the potential for viruses. Do it the low-tech lame guy way.

Woah woah woah now. Way easier way: Open in Paint, pick a gray, paint all parts that look about that gray that gray. Repeat with all grays or until picture is finished.
