Well i'm not to well to help for this, but many other comment's above sound great. But I've had Chronic Insomnia since I was little. I just sometimes don't sleep ever. Other time's I sleep a bit more to fix it. But regardless I have stayed up for a week or so before in the past playing computer straight through. Good times.

Don't be like me lol, It's retarded sometimes. There is day's where I wish i could sleep yet cant.
