All his stuff was rolled back and his house destroyed or something after he X-rayed 1,141 diamonds. All 3 common admins had to deal with this scene. He had valuables-made deco all over the house.

Its legal to take the items, as long as if they get unbanned/return, then you return the items.

This rule is a little fuzzy. Gary was a massive xrayer and had all his diamonds an valuables removed from his realm. I would assume that no, x-rayed items are not allowed, but items owned by an xrayer are fine.

For confirmation you would need to ask a mod/admin.

That was merely because of your offencive MOTD's. You had no reason to do that.
This seems a ridiculously tiny thing to get bitter about. It's not like I stole a stack of diamond blocks.

Regardless of the offenciveness of them, people take things differently. In real life, you could say something that seemed harmless, and it could have serious repercussions.
That's similar to the case here; I did something seemingly minor, and you have blown it way out of proportion. I've been pushed to my death several times as a joke. I didn't injure you, hurt you, steal from you or say anything offensive. I knew you were AFK, or you would have moved, so what is the actual problem. All ive tried to do in this thread is apologise.

THe fact I moved you a hundred blocks clearly has nothing to do with it, unless you set up some kind of script to buy it instantly once it disbanded. So what's the big deal?

If I wanted you dead, I would have pushed you into that lava at the temple. But I didn't, so I didn't.

The thing is, you pushed me into the realm and trapped me there. If I had come back, before the realm had been disbanded, I would've had to /spawn, giving you the advantage. Fair? I think not.
