Let me explain.

After another adventure-packed chemistry class, N2Z, with his friend, invite Mr. Broski, his chemistry professor, over for a chat about alcohol and its effects on the human body when ingested.

Two hours after class, Mr. Broski shows up with 2 coolers loaded with alcoholic drinks. N2Z and his friend show an evil smile. They're well aware of the the prof's trouble with alcohol as they've discovered by spying on Mr Broski's Facebook profile (which he senselessly forgot to make viewable to his friends only (or at least his friends of friends)).

Mr. Broski begins one of his boring chemistry discussions, talking about the alcohol molecule itself; valence electrons, neuron receptors, etc. N2Z, still holding his evil grin, runs into the house, grabs a fresh, ice cold bottle water from the freezer and slips a small sample of a potent alcohol drink in. He tosses the bottle at Mr. Broski. "Catch." He's also the varsity baseball coach and was a champ back in his day. No doubt he can catch from 2 yards away. The prof holds out his arm, prepared to incept in the trajectory. But alas, the bottle slips through his palm! Mr. Broski raises his eyebrow, then down again. Bends down, grabs the bottle, places it on the table in front of him. He goes to twist the cap off, then sees a great opportunity. "Do, you know why I didn't catch this?" NZ2 rolls his eyes and in a flat tone replies, "Why?" Mr Broski begins, "Condensation. Water boils at 100 Celsius. The water vapor surrounding the bottle is in a gaseous state, above the boiling temperature. When near or in contact with the bottle's surface, the water vapor cools below 100 Celsius, transferring heat from the water vapor to the bottle. And given water's cohesive and adhesive properties, it condenses onto the bottle's surface in liquid water form. Condensation is also behind the formation of rain droplets."

NZ2's gets anxious. He wittingly comments, "It appears there's condensation on you, professor!"

The prof wipes his forehead. He glances at his hand. "Now, how would that makes sense? I'm not cold like the bottle! Although, this does provoke an explanation."

NZ2 interrupts, "Don't you think you should have a drink?"

"Oh, right. Forgot about this." He twists the cap off and takes a swig.
